With over 150 classes to choose from each week, there
is always something fun happening in our group fitness
department. Whether you prefer the upbeat tempo of Body
Step or Body Combat, or choose to relax and unwind with
Pilates or Yoga there is sure to be a class that fits
your schedule. Check back monthly to see which of your
favorite classes are being taught by our motivating
team of instructors.
