Sportsclub is proud to offer over 250 classes weekly, for men and women of all ages and at all fitness levels. Our programming includes fourteen classes expertly created by Les Mills International, the world leader in innovative and effective group fitness solutions. We also offer numerous specialty programs that cater to your specific needs. You will find classes for core strength, dance, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular endurance, and much more. All programming is refreshed and enhanced quarterly to keep you challenged and excited.
All of our Group Fitness Instructors are nationally certified and complete a rigorous training program to fully prepare them to coach and motivate. Our instructors are diligent and passionate about giving you a world class experience every time you enter their class!

YOGA & PILATES

The workout with punch! This empowering cardio program inspired by the martial arts draws from karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful instructors, strike, punch, kick, and kata your way through a fiercely energetic workout!
The cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat.
This is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class can be done at low or high intensity and combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone toward their fitness goals.
This 30-minute class really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
A 45-minute indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music, RPM™ leads you through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training to reach your endorphin-calorie burning high of an average 600-700 calories per class.
A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. This high intensity, low impact workout is scientifically proven to return rapid results.
GRIT™ is a high intensity class that takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast. There are three options of GRIT™ including GRIT™ Cardio, GRIT™ Strength, and GRIT™ Plyo. The instructor may choose to mix and match all three of the GRIT™ programs.
GRIT™ Cardio improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed, and maximizes calorie burn. A variety of body weight exercises provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. GRIT™ Plyo is a plyometric-based workout designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to build a lean and athletic body. GRIT™ Strength was designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate, and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
