Warrior Training is Sportsclub's answer to "How can I push myself to the limit?". Warriors will be led through a bootcamp style, circuit training workout format that consists of plyometrics, Olympic lifts, HIIT, and calisthenics. All exercises can be modified so beginner Warriors don't feel intimidated, and every workout has a trainer there to ensure correct form and execution.
Warrior Training is currently offered at Sportsclub Greenville and Sportsclub Simpsonville.
