WARRIOR TRAINING

Warrior Training is Sportsclub's answer to "How can I push myself to the limit?". Warriors will be led through a bootcamp style, circuit training workout format that consists of plyometrics, Olympic lifts, HIIT, and calisthenics. All exercises can be modified so beginner Warriors don't feel intimidated, and every workout has a trainer there to ensure correct form and execution. 

 

Warrior Training is currently offered at Sportsclub Greenville and Sportsclub Simpsonville.

Greenville

Monday & Wednesday: 6:00 pm

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 6:00 am

Simpsonville

Monday & Wednesday: 6 am & 6 pm

Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 am

Saturday: 9:30 am
